Lower your cost per customer
A $15 CAC on a $24 candle leaves little room for profit. We research your hooks and product pages, plus bundles and creators, then tell you what to test first.

Start with your break-even ROAS
Break-even ROAS is 1 divided by the share of each order you keep after product, shipping, fees and discounts. Keep 50% of a $24 candle and you break even at 2.0 ROAS, so the most you can pay for a customer is $12. Pay $15 and every first order loses $3.
A stronger hook earns clicks. A page that answers doubts turns more clicks into orders, bringing CAC down. Bundles raise the amount you can afford to pay per customer. Creators give you fresh videos to test as ads. We research each for your store and tell you where to start.
The levers we research
Hooks that hold
Rival ads on Meta, TikTok and Google that have run 60+ days, with hooks written for your product. You get the opening line and first shot to test.
Product page lines that convert
We read your reviews and rival reviews for the doubts buyers raise, then write the lines your page needs near the price.
Offers that lift order size
We check rival bundles, free-shipping thresholds and price points, and name the one to test on your store first.
Creators who fit
Instagram, TikTok and YouTube creators who post about your category, with follower counts, verified emails and a first message written. Their videos make good ads too.
Reasons to buy again
Rival launches and requests in your own reviews point to the next product. You get a product idea to email to past buyers.
Which lever to pull first
Each finding says what to do and why. The report puts them in order, so you start at the top and work down.

Questions founders ask
How do I calculate break-even ROAS?
Divide 1 by the margin you keep after product cost, shipping, payment fees and discounts. Keep 40% of each order and break-even ROAS is 2.5. Below that, every order from ads loses money. Your break-even CAC is that same margin in dollars.
How do I lower customer acquisition cost on Shopify?
Get more people to click the ad and more of those clicks to become orders. We send hooks to film and page lines that answer buyer doubts. Bundles help each order cover more of your CAC. Creator videos give you more ads to test.
Why does average order value matter for CAC?
A bigger order lets you pay more per customer and still profit. A $24 candle at 50% margin breaks even at $12 CAC. A $42 two-pack at the same margin breaks even at $21.
Will cutting ad spend lower my CAC?
Spending less doesn't fix a weak hook or a page that loses buyers. On budgets under $100 a day, a swing from 1x to 3x ROAS makes daily results hard to read. Test the hook and page, then compare cost per purchase across a full week.
How much does it cost?
